Toshiba Error Codes
Toshiba TF-651, TF-631/671 and most newer models, to access the maintenance
mode, press MENU then *, #, *, *

Toshiba 3100 ram clear
Turn power off
Find switch bank on main board
Turn SW4 on
During power up, display should read memory cleared
Turn SW4 off
Toshiba TF-541 ram clear
Hold down 1 and 3 while turning power on (hold the keys down for 5 seconds)
Press 9 2 7 1 -or- 9 2 7 2 depending on your objective
After making any changes, or ram clearing, cycle the power
